established in 1989 by Tang's Brothers. At that time, Twin Marquis Inc.
was a 3,000 sq. feet factory in Chinatown. Today, our factory
has been expanded into 23,000 sq. feet with modern facilities in
Brooklyn. We are searching for a suitable location to build an
additional factory.
Twin Marquis, Inc. is one of the largest noodle and wrapper
manufacturers on the East Coast. Our products are being selected by
fine restaurants, catering houses, reputable institutions; fast food
chains as well as prepared by food manufacturers.
Our two main product lines are noodles and wrappers, which have been
already well established on the market. Moreover, our product line also
includes various buns and dumplings. Our goal is to continuously serve
our customers a diverse selection of high quality products.
Our Research & Development Division, headed by a doctorate scientist
with a doctorate in the field of cereal science, is committed to
continuous new product research and is especially knowledgeable in
flour-related product development. It is widely acknowledged in the
market that Twin Marquis products are by far superior to their
competitors. We continue to invest in the latest technology and newest
machinery to maintain and improve our efficiency. A mechanism for
