Combining Charlotte's 400 plus knitting machines with our Mexican operation's tremendous
capacity, Highland Mills is among industry leaders in sheer hosiery capacity.
The majority of the knitting machines are 400 needle; however, 288 needle machines

Dye House
Our newest computer color checking equipment allows for less than 2.5% variance. This
provides matching and consistency for all 40 plus colors Highland Mills offers. See Color

Folding
With our Cherryville, North Carolina packaging plant, we have increased our packaging
staff to its highest ever. Charlotte and Cherryville, along with our new Wepamat automatic
folding machinery, allow for outstanding capacity and shorter lead times.
