Kellsport has been a manufacturer of heavyweight fleece for over 25 years. We are an
"old fashioned" New England textile mill, where quality is our first priority.
Kellsport is a smaller mill by today's standards, however our products are considered to
be the best of any fleecewear that is offered in our industry. Our stitching operators
have an average of 16 years sewing Kellsport sweatshirts. Kellsport operators are not paid
by the piece. We believe that this ensures every garment is crafted with the time and
skill that is required to maintain our reputation. We still use 70 year old knitting
machines to produce a heavy, very durable fabric that we have developed just for Kellsport
garments. All this adds up to the old style New England craftsmanship that is reflected in
every Kellsport sweatshirt.
